Position Description:

1. Design high-quality animations for cartoon characters, including expressions, body movements, and interactive feedback. Create emotionally appealing character animations to enhance user emotional resonance.2. Collaborate with character modeling, art, and technical teams to ensure unified animation styles and natural motion driving.3. Work with rigging artists to optimize the bone system, ensuring animations run smoothly in engines (UE/Unity).4. Implement animation control and driving logic based on the engine, effectively connecting with rigging and programming layers.5. Research motion capture technology and AI animation generation tools to improve animation efficiency and expressiveness.

Position Requirements:

• •Over 3 years of character animation experience, with complete project animation design cases. Priority for animation works that have actually gone live in mobile projects.
• •Proficient in cartoon-style animation rhythm, with in-depth understanding of Disney animation principles and exaggerated expressions. Apply character emotion-driven principles to projects.
• •Familiar with Maya animation modules, capable of skeletal animation and facial expression system design. Master BlendShape-driven logic for expressions and independently adjust facial rigging weights.
• •Aware of mobile performance constraints, able to balance animation performance with resource consumption.
